For the sound
imo you should use engine sounds.
And the ones who don't like engine sounds, can just put the video on "mute" and listen to their favorite music via youtube or other media

Agree, nice idea. Keep engine sounds, those who don't like will mute it and put their "own" soundtrack ^^
If you want to put some songs, you can try to fit a double track (like in DVD xD !), and people can change realtime and listen to what they prefer (engine or your musics choose).

Ps. Will be huge work, congrats already from now O_o

Ahh, those guys who promise things and never finish their projects

I had only worked on the overview video until then (until motivation left me).

If I still were motivated to make this video, it could have been a nice GC8 trailer /stop boasting

I don't know what's best:

-Finding someone to finish this video
-Releasing it as it is to show you what it (could have) looked like
-Going through a (certainly vain) motivation quest that would permit me to finish the video. I highly doubt it'd work though ^^

Anyway, you got all my apologies for not having been able to make things as I had planned to make them
